All products ordered by the Customer and confirmed by Calicantus S.r.l. will be shipped by express courier (national and international) to the delivery address provided by the Customer.
A shipping charge will apply and will be clearly indicated during the checkout process, depending on the destination country of the order.
Products will be shipped only after payment of the order amount has been duly received and confirmed by Calicantus S.r.l.
Products shipped within Italy are generally delivered within 1–3 business days from the date of shipment. Products shipped within the European Union are generally delivered within 3–4 business days from the date of shipment. For shipments outside the European Union, delivery usually takes 4–5 business days from the date of shipment.
Shipments are made from Monday to Friday.
Any changes to the above delivery times or conditions will be promptly communicated to the Customer by email.
